3D printer SkyOne for printing of cases for radio technical devices
At the present time, in the course of realization of pilot designs with the use of radio-electronic devices, quality and production cost of prototypes step forward. Indeed, carrying out innovation activities and engineering and technology research are closely related to design and manifacturing of a unique working mdels. A simple, low-cost and available solution for such cases is usage of 3D printer SkyOne. Let's consider this way by the example of a developmental prototype of radio-electronic devices. An actual task for such prototypes is producing a housing. Far from always it is possible to find a ready housing from available around. Manufacturing of a housing by milling is quite time- and labor-consuming, manufacturing with plastic casting method requires a high cost mould.

- Filament: PLA
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
- Layer thickness: 2 mm
- Printing time: 3 hours
- Table temperature: 60 °C
- Extruder temperature: 210 °C
It is recommended to dry the filament after long storage.
