Spray for 3D printing - the first layer plastic adhesion promoter
3D printing spray usually spread on on the table surface for improvement of the first layer adhesion. This spray solves the problems of peeling off the printed object from a glass bed surface, prevents curling, lifting and warping during 3D printing. Spray for 3D printing is an essential for successful work with 3D printer.
One of the first questions, which appear a user of FDM printer - quality adhesion, sticking of the first layer to the table surface. To improve the adhesion many different methods were tested during years of printing practice: hair spray, painter's tape or ABS plastic dissolved in acetone and even exotic - such as deadish dark beer. But every of these methods has some disadvantages: difficulty of preparing and spreading, bad smell, complication of cleaning a platform and separating a ready object. The spray provides perfect adhesion for the most 3D printing filaments, it can be easily dissolved or removed with usual warm warter, non-hazardous.
